You can make a direct deposit if you have access to one of the following banks where you live: Wachovia, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, or BB&T. I will supply the account number upon request.
You can also use first class mail. If you mail a check, keep in mind that first month's rent, security deposit, and application fees must be paid with certified check or money order, made out to "Eric Plow" and sent to 609 Hillsborough St., Chapel Hill, NC 27514.

NOTE: If you are a current tenant making regular monthly payments, you should consider signing up with your bank's automatic bill pay service. Most banks offer this service for free, and they mail out a monthly check on a date that you specify, and they even pay the postage!
