If you wish a nice room in a quiet household at a very reasonable price, this one's for you! I have an extremely large 5 bedroom 2 bath house in which I rent individual rooms. It sounds like a lot of people for one house, but it really doesn't get crowded because it's a very large house. I only rent to quiet students and/or single professionals, so your peace and quiet is assured. A large shopping center is located 1.5 miles away.
The house itself is in a very nice neighborhood 6 miles south (10 minute drive) of the UNC campus. There is a totally free park-and-ride lot on the way to campus which eliminates the need to obtain very expensive and difficult-to-find parking on campus. Utilities are reasonable, and are shared amongst those living in the house. Please do not apply unless you are quiet, have good references, and are willing to keep the place clean and enjoyable for all.
Directions: Take 15-501 South in the direction of Pittsboro. Approximately 4 miles from the Chapel Hill city limits, you will come to Cole Park Plaza - a shopping center on the left that includes a CVS pharmacy. Turn right at the stoplight onto Mann's Chapel Rd. After 1.5 miles, turn left onto Winterberry Way. (Directly opposite Shotts Farm Road on the right.) Take the first paved driveway on the right. This driveway goes up to 2 houses, one on each side. You want the house on your right.
