From I-40:
Take exit 266. Take Hwy 86 South towards Chapel Hill.. After passing a shopping center on your left (which contains a Harris-Teeter grocery store), turn left onto Weaver Dairy Road. Follow Weaver Dairy Road a few miles. After passing Sedgefield Drive on your right, look for the house on your left: it is a brick house with a wooden fence around the front yard. If you dead end onto Erwin Road, you've gone a bit too far. Turn around and it will be the 3rd house on your right.
From Chapel Hill:
Take 15-501 North as if you were going to Durham. When seeing the Sheraton-Chapel Hill hotel on your right, turn left onto Erwin Road. At the next light, turn left onto Weaver Dairy Road. It will be the 3rd house on your right with a wooden fence around the front yard.
