All units are air conditioned, and there is a pool on the premises. All kitchen appliances included except dishwasher. Pets are negotiable, depending on your references. The apartments are located right next door to an extensive network of town-maintained nature and hiking trails, and a nice city park, playground, and tennis courts are adjacent to the complex. The apartments are all-electric. Most tenants feel that the utilities they pay (water and electric) are quite reasonable.
